Bryce joined Kurt J. Lesker Company in May 2022, where she is responsible for implementing the mechanical design concepts for large scale custom-made vacuum equipment. Bryce says, “As a mechanical engineer entering the workforce for the first time, I found that the vacuum coating industry is one of the most technologically advanced and fast-expanding fields in today’s world. This technology is crucial in the progress of the semiconductor, automotive, medical, and aerospace industries to name a few; and I am humbled to have a part in such an impactful sector of modern innovation.” Bryce will attend the 2024 TechCon to broaden her knowledge of various deposition methods.
