Kristina received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 2010 from the University of Pittsburgh’s Swanson School of Engineering and has been working around vacuum processing equipment ever since. She currently designs vacuum systems for research and production in the fields of LEDs, optics, UHV/Synchrotrons, electronics, and coatings. She will be attending the 2024 TechCon in Chicago and looks forward to learning more about various deposition methods with the goal of improving her design skills and enhancing the design of the systems.
